This medal is signed by M Mocquot; there is no date on it.
The medal was created in 1969 by French engraver, painter, sculptor and medallist Magdeleine Mocquot (1910-1991). We are most grateful to Madame Anne Bernard-Delorme, Magdeleine Mocquot’s niece, for this information.
